FOUNDING FATHERS
Founding Fathers are donors who have given or pledged a minimum of $25,000 per year for five or more years, or $125,000 in cumulative gifts.
Founding Fathers provide The Whitmore Eclectic with the resources to address major program priorities and develop program excellence and growth. These gifts bear the name "Founder" in perpetuity, and help move The Whitmore Eclectic to a more secure financial future. In recognition to their importance to the Whitmore Eclectic, Founders are invited to participate in the annual "Whitmore Eclectic Think-Tank" where they help advise program ideas, directives, and creative plans for the upcoming production season. The Founding Fathers assist in our mission to create great American Theatre and programs which make theatre accessible to the "man on the street" who has had limitied or no prior access to theatrical works and productions.
CREATIVE AMBASSADORS
Creative Ambassadors are donors who have given or pledged a minimum of $10,000 per year for five or more years, or $50,000 in cumulative gifts.
Creative Ambassadors provide The Whitmore Eclectic with the resources to address major production needs, and may elect to help to secure materials for community outreach programs. These gifts bear the name of the "Creative Ambassador in perpetuity, and help to facilitate the mission of The Whitmore Eclectic through their direct contributions and help to bridge the gap between our work in the theatre and the individual "man on the street" who has had limited or no prior access to the great works of American theatre. Ambassadors are invited to participate in the annual "Whitmore Eclectic Think-Tank", and will also be asked to help advise our creative and educational works for the following season.
CREATIVE ARCHITECT
Creative Architects are donors who have given or pledged a minimum of $5,000 per year for five or more years, or $25,000 in cumulative gifts.
Creative Architects provide The Whitmore Eclectic with the resources on an operational level, and are the "patron saints" of our theatre company. Architects create an opportunity for our creative artists, directors, and performers to take their visions to the absolute limit, and really set The Whitmore Eclectic apart as a visionary and experiential theatre for the performing arts. The Creative Architect will be invited to help create or chair a workshop that will be hosted by The Whitmore Eclectic.
COMMUNITY PIONEER
Community Pioneers are donors who have given or pledged a minimum of $1,000 per year for five or more years, or $5,000 in cumulative gifts.
Community Pioneers are extremely important supporters of The Whitmore Eclectic, and provide gifts earmarked to extend the "hand" of the theatre outward into the community, and the healing power of the theatre arts to children and families that seek to integrate the arts into their lives. Pioneers will help support The Whitmore Eclectic's school and community outreach programs, and will be given free admission to a show and workshop of their choice.
WHITMORE ECLECTIC CITIZENS
Whitmore Eclectic Citizens are donors who have pledged a minimum of $100 per year for five or more years, or $500 in cumulative gifts.
Whitmore Eclectic Citizens are the lifeblood of our theatre company, and these gifts support the ongoing operational expenses of the theatre and it's programs. Citizens will be given free admission to two shows of their choice for contribution to The Whitmore Eclectic.
CREATIVE VOICES
Whitmore Eclectic Creative Voices are donors who have given or pledged a gift of any amount to fund our theatre and outreach programs. The Whitmore Eclectic highly values each creative voice that reaches us. The Creative Voices will be invited to any show of their choice, free of charge.
SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsor a production - $1000 - helps with the costs of production. Your contribution will help create the show on all fronts.
Sponsor a production department: Scenic Design, Lighting Design, Wardrobe or Property. Pick a show or sponsor the entire season!
Sponsor lighting for a production: $300.00/ For the season: $900.00
Sponsor scenic design for a production: $500.00/ For the season: $1500.00
Sponsor Wardrobe and Props for a production: $200.00/ For the season: $600.00
Sponsor House Management for a production: $200.00/ For the season: $600.00
Sponsor “The Colored Museum” at C.A.T.C.H. For as little as $50 dollars you can help The W.E. and C.A.T.C.H. mount George C. Wolfe’s amazing satire about African-American culture and history from the time they were brought to America as slaves all the way through nearly recent times. Each scene displays a different event or lifestyle in different parts of the country in different eras. W.E. are helping the school build this production from scratch and, yours truly is advisor on the project. The W.E. is teaching how to produce a show on a shoestring. WE want to share with these students that with determination they can achieve anything. As a supporter on any level you are invited to the school’s production, which will be on May 4th
